For the website launch of a luxury villa in Madeira, we developed a comprehensive content production as the foundation for performance marketing and brand presence.
Together with NXTYOU, responsible for the website and performance strategy, a holistic marketing funnel was created that combines aesthetics, storytelling, and conversion.
At the center: a hero video, complemented by social media assets for cross-channel activation. Instead of a traditional real estate film, we focused on emotion, atmosphere, and action – featuring an actress who adds narrative depth to the location.
The result: a visual presentation that not only showcases the villa but makes it an experience – luxury, feeling, and story in a consistent brand image.
